Research interests
- Design and synthesis of chemically modified nucleotides and oligonucleotides as tools for studying the structure and function of nucleic acids and their complexes with proteins, as well as for obtaining molecules with potential therapeutic applications.
- Structural studies (X-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy) of natural and synthetic (oligo)nucleotide in complexes with proteins.
